The Shine Practice

1. Find the Feeling.

Someone you love.

A song that wrecks you beautifully.

Let the warmth bloom in your chest.

2. Push into the Love.

As the feeling rises, lean in. Amplify it.

Imagine your heart as a sun—radiating warmth in every direction.

Push the love outward. Past your skin. Past the room. Past the sky.

3. Release.

When the energy peaks, exhale and let go.

Relax into the stillness. Feel the afterglow.

4. Repeat.

Ride the waves: Love. Rest. Love. Rest.

Each push stretches your heart wider.
